How does GroupCall work?
GroupCall delivers your message to a list of contacts that you provide.
You can record your own message, or we will studio-record your messages for a nominal fee. You can type a list
of names and numbers, or upload a list from your address book or database. Message formats are flexible, with or
without confirmation or response options.

What does GroupCall cost?
GroupCall can be used for 10 or 10 million calls, and pricing varies according to volume
usage. GroupCall rates include discounts for higher volume users, and you guarantee
your discounts by purchasing minutes in advance. Your minutes never expire, and calls
are billed in 30-second increments, so that short calls often cost even less. For moderate use,
a typical GroupCall message will cost 10 to 15 cents. Higher-volume users can enjoy rates as
low as 5.5 cents per minute. Your cost per delivered message will be affected by the length of your
message as well as the delivery pattern and requirements that you choose. Use the

What is required to use GroupCall?
To use GroupCall, all you need to do is provide the names and phone numbers, and a
message. We do everything else. Calls are processed by our servers, using our phone
lines and long distance usage. The minutes you purchase are your only cost.

Can I use GroupCall just once?
Certainly. Since you purchase your minutes in advance, you decide when and how to use those minutes.
You can buy just enough minutes for one calling campaign with no further obligation to use the service.

Can I have more than one calling campaign at one time?
Yes, you can schedule as many different calls as desired, to any number of groups. GroupCall allows
you to store an unlimited number of contacts, and any contact can be assigned to any number of groups,
as desired. GroupCall messages can be scheduled once, or you can use your calling patterns options to
schedule recurring calls as needed.

How is GroupCall different from AppointmentCall?
GroupCall delivers the same message to everyone in your group. AppointmentCall delivers individually
specific personal information, such as appointment dates and times. AppointmentCall requires more data
and more complicated programming to function correctly. GroupCall simply requires telephone numbers (with names optional)
to deliver the same message again and again.

What response options are available?
After delivering your message, if you choose, the GroupCall system can ask the called party to
confirm that the message has been received. We call this feature "delivery confirmation".
You can create (record) any confirmation message that you desire, with 1 or more possible choices
for your group to choose. The GroupCall reports will track and display the responses to your
confirmation message.

How can I tell if my messages have been delivered?
GroupCall provides online reports that let you check the status of each group member's message delivery,
as well as summary information regarding each calling campaign. It is easy to tell exactly what has
occurred for all of your messages.

What if I have hundreds of thousands of call to make?
GroupCall offers attractive discounts for up to 100,000 minutes of usage. If your messaging needs
