| What Do Clients Hear? |

With GroupCall, your group will hear your personally recorded message.
Delivery options can include confirmation of message receipt, or your own custom list of reply options.
If you prefer, we will studio-record your messages for you upon request for a nominal fee, typically $10 to $25.
Confirmation options can be as simple as "To confirm that you have received this message, press 1" to a multi-option menu
when more specific feedback is desired.
If you need multi-level menus based on responses, we can help you set that up as well.

| How Much Does GroupCall Cost? |

GroupCall rates vary based on volume. Since the length of your messages may vary, GroupCall is priced by the minute,
billed in 30-second increments. The more minutes you buy, the better your rate. A typical GroupCall message will cost
about a dime per contact to deliver, although high-volume delivery can cost as little as 5.5 cents per minute.
And, since you purchase your minutes up-front, they are yours to use forever. Your minutes never expire.

GroupCall delivers the same message to lots of people. AppointmentCall delivers unique, personal information to each person called.
With AppointmentCall, the message that one person hears includes data that is specific to them, such as their appointment date and time
and location and person that they will see. Another way to say it is that AppointmentCall includes dynamic data that changes the message
with every call. GroupCall is a static message delivered to dozens or even thousands of people. Although the more advanced GroupCall features
do allow different feedback options, the message that you record (or that we record for you) is the same for everyone that hears it.
