| How Does LabResults Work? |
|
 |
The process is simple. Using our online tools, you add a message to the system.
If the results are routine, you can select a pre-recorded message that you have previously created and you're done.
If the results require a personally recorded message, you select that option. When you are ready to record personal messages,
you call the LabResults system and enter your provider code and password.
The system will prompt you for any pending messages that you need to record, by patient name. It couldn't be easier.
When creating a message, you can choose to have LabResults call to deliver the message. If selected, this option triggers an
immediate phone call to the patient's home or cell phone. Upon answering, the patient enters their social security number or PIN to hear their message
immediately.

 |
| What Do Patients Hear? |
|
 |
When patients call the LabResults toll-free number, they are first asked for a 4-digit access code. Each clinic is assigned a
unique code in the LabResults system. Next, the patient is asked to enter their social security number. With successful entry, the patient
then hears a personal message recorded by you or your staff, followed by options to repeat the message and confirm receipt.
During the outbound delivery option, the patients are informed that their LabResults message is ready from your clinic, and then they are asked for their
social security number. If a machine is reached instead of a person, or if the person that answers is not the patient, a message with
the LabResults toll-free number and the access code are left instead.

| What Is a Pre-Recorded Message? |
|
 |
You can save hours of time by creating and using pre-recorded messages in the LabResults system.
A Pre-Recorded message is a message that you created and recorded that can be assigned again and again.
For example, for a routine test result for strep, you might record a message such as: "Hi, this is Dr. Smith. Your test results indicate that you
do not have strep, but please be sure to take all of the medicine I prescribed. Give us a call if you don't feel better in the next couple of days"
The message is recorded by you, and thus sounds very personal, yet it can be selected for thousands of patients for as long as you are
practicing medicine. LabResults allows up to 90 pre-recorded messages for each provider in your clinic. Most of our clients typically record five to ten
rather generic and routine pre-recorded messages that are assigned to 50, 60 and even 80% of their patients.
