   What is SecureCall?

   How Does SecureCall Work?
The process is simple. Using our online tools, you add a message to the system.  If the message is generic or applies to many clients, you can select a pre-recorded message that you have previously created and you're done.  If your message requires an individual recording, you select that option. When you are ready to record personal messages, you call the SecureCall system and enter your user code and password.  The system will prompt you for any pending messages that you need to record, by client name. It couldn't be easier.

When creating a message, you can choose to have SecureCall call to deliver the message. If selected, this option triggers an immediate phone call to the client's home or cell phone. Upon answering, the client can hear their message only after entering social security number or PIN.
   What Do Clients Hear?
When your clients call the SecureCall toll-free number, they are first asked for a 4-digit access code. Each SecureCall customer is assigned a unique code in the SecureCall system. Next, the client is asked to enter their social security number or a PIN.  With successful entry, the client then hears a personal message recorded by you or your staff, followed by options to repeat the message and confirm receipt.

During the outbound delivery option, the clients are informed that a SecureCall message from your office is ready for delivery, and then they are asked for their social security number or PIN.  If a machine is reached instead of a person, or if the person that answers is not the client, a message with the SecureCall toll-free number and the access code are left instead.
   How Much Does SecureCall Cost?
SecureCall will immediately save you money compared to the frustrating cycle of phone tag.  There is no hardware or software to buy to use SecureCall.  SecureCall billing is usage-based, with monthly packages starting at just $49.

All calls to or from the SecureCall system by you, your staff, or your clients will contribute to your usage calculation.  Usage is billed in 30-second increments, with most SecureCall messages costing just 10 to 30 cents per client.
   What Is a Pre-Recorded Message?
You can save hours of time by creating and using pre-recorded messages in the SecureCall system.  A Pre-Recorded message is a message that you created and record that can be assigned again and again.

For example, you have several legal clients that need to be updated regarding the terms of a negotiation. You can record a message such as " Hi, this is Bill. As of today, XYZ has increased their offer to 1.6 million cash with the same contingencies as before. We have a deadline of noon Friday to accept or decline. Please let me know immediately what your position is regarding this latest offer."

Pre-recorded messages can be assigned to as many clients as desired.
   Why Can't I Just Use VoiceMail?
The most significant differences between SecureCall and regular voice mail is that SecureCall gives you immediate and permanent delivery reporting along with message archiving.  When your message is important and its successful delivery creates any level of liability for you, SecureCall provides secure, private delivery that is confirmed and permanently archived.  If there is ever any question regarding the content of the message, we can retrieve the original recording for you.  Voice mail does not provide you with such protections and confidentiality.
