$1000 Bonus Terms and Conditions
To register for the drawing, participants must provide a completed registration form. Partially completed forms will not be included in the drawing. Tavoca will draw the winning entry on December 10th. If the winning entry is not allowed to receive vendor promtions at all, the winner can forfiet the winnings so that a different winning name can be selected, or the winner can request that a charitable donation be made in the winner's name. Tavoca will provide a list of charitable organizations that we support from which the winner may select. If the winner forfeits the winnings then a different winning entry will be drawn. If the winning entry is allowed to receive vendor promotions up to a certain dollar amount, then that amount will be sent to the winner. Any remaining amount will be sent to the next name drawn until the entire $1000 has been awarded. No purchase is necessary to participate in the drawing. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning the drawing. The chances of winning the drawing are based on the number of valid entries per participant divided by the total number of entries in the drawing. You may enter once per trade show event and you may enter by participating in future surveys that Tavoca distributes from time to time. Void where prohibited.
